Terms and Conditions
An owner of a Honda motorcycle or sports/recreational ATV may apply to G R Holdings Limited to become a member of the club. Applications must be made on the application form prescribed by G R Holdings Limited and must be accompanied by the current membership fee.
A person purchasing a new Honda Motorcycle or sport ATV from an authorised Honda motorcycle dealer will be provided with membership to the Club at no cost for the first 12 months of their ownership of the motorcycle. After that 12-month period, those members may renew their membership at the current membership cost.
G R Holdings Limited will notify applicants who are accepted for membership of the club, their names will be entered on the register of members. G R Holdings Limited may remove a person’s name from the register of members for non-payment of membership fees, misconduct or any conduct, which in the opinion of G R Holdings Limited may have a detrimental effect on the reputation of the club, Blue Wing Honda Limited or G R Holdings Limited.
Fees
Members must pay the annual membership fees prescribed from time to time.
Benefits
Members will be entitled to various benefits made available by G R Holdings Limited through the club from time to time.
G R Holdings Limited will notify members of benefits that are available or become available through the Honda Riders Club magazine or through any other appropriate media.
G R Holdings reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the benefits made available to members. Member’s claims are limited to a refund of any current membership fees paid by any such member.
Parts and accessories discount from participating Honda dealers exclude those specifically designed or purchased for farm vehicles or commercial use. Discounts will not apply to sale goods, or goods already discounted.
Relationship of Blue Wing Honda Limited
Blue Wing Honda Limited is a sponsor of the club and provides support to G R Holdings Limited in the provision of benefits to its members.
Amendment
G R Holdings Limited may amend these rules at anytime and may assign rights under these rules to another person without notice to the members. These rules are effective from the date of launch of the Honda Riders Club of New Zealand being 1 August 2002.
Change of Circumstance
Members hereby undertake to advise the Honda Riders Club of New Zealand any change of circumstances in respect of; the brand of motorcycle owned, change of contact details including change of address or change of telephone number.
